Fábio Duarte is a urban planner, chief-consultant for the mobility plan in Curitiba, Brazil, and consultant in transportation and land use with the World Bank, Duarte is a principal research scientist at MIT Senseable City Lab and lecturer in DUSP. His most recent book is “Unplugging the city: the urban phenomenon and its sociotechnical controversies (Routledge, 2018).
